With reference to your letter of the 9th of

March to Mr. Clutterbuck, I attach a Memorandum for

circulation to the Committee of Imperial Defence regarding

the question of the proposed Aerodrome at Hong Kong.

is suggested that if Sir M. Benzey concurs, the

Governor's despatch of the 18th of January should be

reproduced with the Memorandun, together with a covering

note as suggested in your letter referred to above and it

is hoped that it will be possible to arrange for the

Committee of Imperial Defence to consider the matter at

an early date.
